# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They come out shatteringly crisp without a drop of deep-frying oil, which means you can eat twice as many without the guilt.
  • The filling is so flavorful and moist inside that every bite feels like a little treasure.
  • You can prep a whole batch in advance, freeze them, and air fry straight from frozen whenever hunger strikes.
02 -
  • Don't overfill the wrappers or they'll burst open in the air fryer, and you'll lose all that precious filling.
  • Make sure to spray the bites lightly with oil before and after flipping, or they won't crisp up properly and might taste a bit dry.
  • If your air fryer runs hot, check the bites a minute or two early to avoid burning the edges.
03 -
  • Always keep your wrappers covered with a damp towel while you work, or they'll dry out and crack when you try to roll them.
  • If you're making a big batch, work in assembly-line style by filling all the wrappers first, then rolling them all at once to save time.
  • Don't skip the second spray of oil after flipping, it's the secret to getting that all-over golden crispness.
