02 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
03 - 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
04 - 3 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 garlic clove, minced
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil. Lightly grease the foil.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Generously spoon or brush the honey mustard glaze over each salmon fillet, coating tops and sides evenly.
05 - Broil for 8 to 12 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork; internal temperature should reach 145°F.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
