# How To Make It:
01 - Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, pinch of salt, and several grinds of black pepper. Stir well and set aside.
03 - Lay two lettuce leaves slightly overlapping on a flat surface to form each wrap foundation.
04 - Apply a generous layer of garlic mayo onto the center of each lettuce base.
05 - Layer with 2 slices of bacon, tomato slices, avocado slices, and red onion if desired.
06 - Sprinkle generously with freshly cracked black pepper. Fold in the sides of the lettuce and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
07 - Serve immediately while lettuce is crisp.
