# How To Make It:
01 - Line a 9 x 13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup in a medium bowl, stirring until smooth and slightly sweetened.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture over the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of approximately 1/3 inch.
04 - Distribute mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries, if using.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.
07 - Place uncovered in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until thoroughly frozen.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift the frozen bark from the baking sheet, and break or cut into serving-sized pieces.
